This gorgeous little boy has just started his life and deserves so much better! I have known Jaymen since his diagnosis and have seen him and his lovely family through hard times and the good. It has been a delight and honour to be a part of his big sisters life as she goes through the journey too, to help support her and this truly strong family, who I always see with smiles  on their faces (Including Jaymen) 💙
