Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon 2023 · 14 May 2023 ·

The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon will take place on Sunday 14 May 2023 and has been inspired by former Leeds Rhinos captain, Kevin Sinfield OBE, and his fundraising challenges in recent years in support of his friend and team mate Rob Burrow.

Story

Our efforts in raising funds for the MNDA organisation are the result of a motivation which has been built up over many years. It’s a cause that was close to the owners’ hearts long before the conception of the business.

Natalie Brocklebank was just 29 when she passed from this Earth. Natalie was the wife of Michael, one of the owners of Jump Inc. Any case of MND is devastating but it's always particularly hard when the person is young. Nat had the illness for just over 5 years and was close to both Lee & Chris who also started Jump Inc alongside Michael. The support of family, friends and the MNDA were paramount to how Nat coped, and anyone who met her would agree what an inspirational woman she was.

Since Jump Inc was formed in 2015, MNDA was always a chosen charity, and we now have a strong group of devoted individuals, with some also having a direct link with MND. The team at Jump Inc are all motivated to work together and make the most of this opportunity to try and raise as much as we can raise for such a worthy cause. We're sure that on the 14th it will be a brilliant and emotional day for us all.

Any donation of any size will be greatly appreciated by Jump Inc, and most importantly MNDA, as every donation helps the charity carry on providing their amazing work and support that they do.
