Last year, in September we lost our lovely friend Julia. So this year, on Saturday 15th June, in Julia’s memory we are ‘Doing the JUpton Walk’. It doesn’t involve running a marathon or climbing a mountain, but we will be walking all day, for 20 miles, which for us, will be challenge enough!
The Pink Ribbon Walk we’re doing is organised by Breast Cancer Care and the money we raise will go towards helping anyone affected by Breast Cancer.
So, whether you knew Julia or anyone else who’s been affected by cancer, or you just want to support us and give money to a worthwhile cause we’d love to have your support. Please help us reach our target. And in the meantime, we’ll get on with our training schedule which, so far hasn’t involved any blisters… let’s hope this continues!
And now here’s the normal blurb about donating through Just Giving…
