Most people in their lives will be close to someone who is affected by cancer.  Some people will be close to more than one person affected.

My family are the unfortunate ones who have been affected by cancer more than once.  My Nan lost her battle with cancer some years ago and now my Stepmum has been told she has an incurable cancer.

I believe that education will help prevent the cancers of the future as well as providing the understanding of how to ensure that sufferers will live normal lives for as long as possible.

I have decided to run the Great Bristol 10k in order to support cancer research UK.
