Over the course of the last two years, I have had two family members who have suffered and died from cancer and am now fully aware of what a frightening disease it is. With this in mind and in line with the huge amount of work Ralph Lauren has done to support the Royal Marsden, I now want to make my own small contribution to the cause.

The event involves trekking to the top of the Old Man of Coniston, mountain biking through Grizdale Forest and kayaking across Coniston Water. The kayaking, at least, will not be up-hill.
