Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.

As many of you know, this certainly won't be the first BHF bike ride I've done.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.

I hope that myself and my family and friends will never need their help but with heart disease becoming ever more prevalent, I think it's only right to give what we can to combat it.
