I was diagnosed with breast cancer 6 weeks ago and after surgery to remove the tumour I will be starting chemotheraphy on Saturday 30th May 2020. I will lose my hair so rather than it falling out gradually I am going to shave it all off. As we are in Lockdown I will be shaving it off at home and I want to raise funds for the group that has helped me the most during this difficult time; Oxford Breast Buddy Group. They meet weekly, which is currently all online and provide medical support through Q & A's with the surgeon and Breast Cancer nurse, Mindfulness sessions and 24 hour support.
