Yes. It's true – I'm running a marathon for Alzheimer's Society. I'll be doing the Great North Run and the Cardiff Half Marathon this year and seeing as they take place in the same month – it means that I'll be running a full marathon... just with a three-week break between each half. Go on, give a couple of quid to a cause that affects millions of people and families in the UK alone.

Fun Fact: the medal above was solid... not like those coins that you get at Christmas. I miss my teeth.
