I have pledged to Step Up this January to raise £156 for Refuge. I aim to do this by proposing to complete 10 duets by the end of January. I'll donate £5 per duet and ask them to donate £5 too. That'll take us to £100 so then I'll need your help to reach my goal of £156. Please donate £5 if you wish to see a duet or if you like a duet I've shared.

This incredible virtual challenge is bringing people together from all walks of life, doing what they love and pushing themselves to raise £156 each to help fund three nights in a Refuge shelter for a woman escaping domestic abuse.

Here’s why Refuge matters:

One woman in four will experience domestic abuse at some point in her lifetime and two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner. Refuge supports around 6,500 women and children on any given day who are escaping emotional, physical, financial or sexual abuse.
