This is my SECOND YEAR now - I’m raising awareness and money for the charity C.A.L.M – Campaign Against Living Miserably. This is to prevent suicides amongst men in the UK, I've lost two friends to suicide and its the biggest killer of men under the age of 45.

I’m doing this by riding my commute to work every working day in JustMyShorts for a whole winter, that's 6 COLD months, Nov -Apr. Marylebone to Fenchurch Street – 10 miles a day.

So come rain, shine, sleet & snow I’ll be there, so when you’re wrapped up in your winter coats, head-down into the wind and rain…….imagine being in JustYourShorts.
