On May 7th I will run the Belfast Marathon in support of the Campaign Against Living Miserably. Suicide is the single biggest killer of men aged under 45 in the UK and CALM do fantastic work in bringing the suicide rate down in men. They offer services such as an anonymous helpline , a web chat service, a bimonthly magazine and general awareness raising for men's mental health.
