What is Lupus?
Lupus is an incurable immune system illness, probably genetic in origin and mainly suffered by females.
Lupus affects a number of major organs, principally the kidneys, heart, lungs and brain. The damage caused by Lupus is irreversible.
Lupus is a complex and poorly understood condition that affects many parts of the body. The symptoms can range from mild to life-threatening.
Lupus is the Latin word for wolf.
Why Lupus?
My Mum has been battling with Lupus for years. It's a cruel disease.
