Story

Like most people, my hair has grown a lot during lockdown. It's time to get it cut, and I wanted to do something worthwhile with it while I've got the chance. The Little Princess Trust is a fabulous charity, providing real-hair wigs to children battling cancer. An average wig costs £550 to make. I'd love to raise that amount, as well as donating my hair to use. My six year old daughter, Florence, will also be donating her beautiful long hair as soon as we can get an appointment. (Hairdressers are VERY busy at the moment!) I have told Florence all about the Little Princess Trust, and she really wants to be able to help. Her long, curly hair has always been her crowning glory, but she said she will have as much cut off as possible, so that a beautiful wig can be made from it for another little girl.

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
