As some of you may know, my life’s journey has been a bit rocky recently. Not only has my husband got Huntington’s Disease but we also live under separate roofs now so I am bringing up our four children alone. I don’t have the opportunity to get out training very often but the runs I have done so far have made me feel so alive, happy and energised to tackle whatever my next challenge may be for the day or week ahead. Through my own challenges, particularly over the last two years, I feel grateful that I have more understanding of what so many others might be going through, experiencing and feeling....
So far this year, life is calmer and I am able to set myself new goals, so I hope that this is the start of bigger things and that at the same time I can raise a little to help others feel better and stronger to embrace this wonderful world and the one life we have to live! Any support you might be able to give would be hugely appreciated xx
