Join us for a special Remember Me Walk on Sunday 27th November in the beautiful surrounds of St. Anne's Park in Raheny, Dublin 5. Gather with friends and family to remember and celebrate those we have loved and lost whilst raising vital funds for End of Life Care in the Mater Public Hospital. It is only thanks to our amazing community of friends and supporters that we are able to to provide comfort and care to patients and families at a time when they need it most.
