September is National Recovery Month. Join thousands and set a goal to walk or run a certain distance during the month of September to raise funds in support of Teen Challenge of Southern California's addiction recovery program.

Story

National Recovery Month is right around the corner I will be participating in it for the whole month! Running a total of 120 miles!!! 

I myself have been in recovery since 2015 from alcohol. Entering the doors or Teen Challenge I was able to achieve that sobriety and have that personal relationship with the Lord with the help of Teen Challenge!! 

I became a staff member since 2017 and ever since am able to help and see those achieve the same freedom!!

Being directed to my husband Michael who also is a Teen Challenge graduate! We now have a beautiful life and our beautiful son Maverick!! This all happened because Teen Challenge gave us that safe place to get well and find our purpose in life!

TC SoCal, founded in 1963 to rescue men and women from drug and alcohol addiction, now comprises 9 regional centers with 7 residential facilities in SoCal. Globally, Teen Challenge continues to be one of the largest and most effective substance abuse recovery and prevention programs of its kind.
