One of my best friends at Uni, Oli, unfortunately took his own life in September 2019. The loss of him has shaken so many people as he was so loved by everyone he met. He studied physiotherapy at Cardiff University with me, and therefore a group of 30 or so student physios from his cohort have decided to run and raise money for MIND in his memory. It is taking place the day before my 21st birthday and I couldn't think of a better way to remember him, as I know I would have spent the day with him.
