Having never run before lockdown, I am attempting a challenge I would have thought impossible a year ago, running (plodding) a half marathon on 1st August. 

I am raising money for Bowel Research UK, a fantastic charity specialising in researching cutting edge treatments and investing in the best science to save and improve the lives of those living with bowel disease and cancer. This is a cause very close to my heart with  people I know and love suffering every day with bowel disease. If you are in a position to do so, please donate what you can for an excellent cause.
