And now that we have reached our initial target for Tiratanaloka I'm closing this page, but will carry on with my practice of not buying clothes until September. After that I'll continue not looking at the news on my phone ongoingly, and hope that even without the influence of your sponsorship I have renounced that for good!

I've benefitted so much from this practice - my general state of mind has improved by less engagement with online activity and the level of craving has decreased noticeably.
