On the 30th October I will be taking part in a 10,000 ft Tandem Skydive to help raise money for the charity Mind.

Mind are an amazing charity close to mine and many others hearts and by taking part in this i hope to raise awareness to help break the current stigma surrounding mental health.

All donations however big or small will be hugely appreciated.
