Right now in this country, there are children who feel scared, unloved, and like they simply dont matter. Without the right help, this can be an overwhelming and a lonely place to be. This has to change.

The Children's Society brings together whats needed to help every child we reach lead the life they should have and realise their potential. I am part of a team from Bournemouth Rag who are supporting The Children's Society this year by taking on the Great Wall of China Trek in 2019. This unique route is both a mental and physical challenge. This is my first fundraising for a cause and because of that I am extra motivated to reach my goal and help children. This is a cause that is close to all of our hearts and we all very likely know young heroic people that need our support. 

 My efforts will be supporting children like Molly a young carer who had to care for her sick mum. Molly got behind with her homework and it was only when The Children's Society stepped into offer support that Molly's confidence and well-being improved.Your support will help to give children like Molly the skills they need to thrive and feel less alone.
