Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For those who know me, my love for yoga is no secret! Regular practice has had a positive impact on my mental health, helped me to manage stress and improve my physical strength. I've also made some wonderful friends through my practice who share my passion for yoga.
I'll be practicing yoga daily in November together with my work colleagues as part of a challenge to support Mind. Please support our team ‘Safety Yogis’ to help to make a difference. Your donation, no matter the size, will help raise money in the fight for better mental health.
