On 24th August, I will be taking part in the annual 3 Cities Challenge (Cycling 3 European cities over 3 days). This year I will be cycling from Prague to Ceske, finishing in Vienna. Cycling over 250 miles in 3 days and climbing over 12,000ft over the first two days alone. During my training rides alone I will be covering over 750 miles, which will start straight after Eid, In Shaa Allah.

This year, we have teamed up with Muntada Aid to support their Little Hearts project. Little Hearts project provides free life-saving cardiac surgery and interventional cardiac catheterisation for children with Congenital Heart Defects from underprivileged families irrespective of gender, race or religion. Little Hearts operate in poor underdeveloped countries, access to treatment is next to impossible for many of its' poor.
