Story
My first day as Executive Director of Tricounty Family Ministries was January 4, 2020. Two months later, we were faced with the challenges of the pandemic and my plans for expanding services were put on hold. In 2021 we changed our name to Neighbors Together to reflect the spirit of community that developed as we served our neighbors through Covid. Now we are moving forward, adding more case managers for long-term support and providing educational resources to help people get ahead. I'm proud to lead such a dedicated team of professionals as we respond to the changing needs of our community!
Neighbors Together is committed to bringing a better quality of life to our neighbors through sharing resources, developing relationships, and building a sustainable future. We focus our service on addressing hunger, homelessness, health, and to encourage economic mobility in the Lowcountry. We have been serving the people of North Charleston since 1983 and are committed to continuing to stand as a source of dignity and hope for our community.
