Good morning friend, it’s that time of year again when normally I would be sending out a message to invite you to my annual Macmillan coffee morning. Of course, this year has to be different - as if we haven’t had SO many differences already! I’m keeping it short and sweet (‘sweet ... cakes... see what I did there? 😉) ..... 

I have set up a just giving page for donations to this amazingly worthwhile cause - Macmillan Cancer Support. For a donation (of whatever amount you choose) I will deliver a box of 4 cupcakes to your door, complete with a pretty ribbon of course! If you prefer to collect them that’s fine too, of course, or if you’re still on that post lockdown diet you can always add a small donation to the fundraising page anyway, just because you have a kind heart. These are challenging times for everyone and I can only begin to think exactly how challenging if one is also faced with needing the support of the Macmillan organisation, however amazing and wonderful they are. 

So ..... let’s have a bit of fun. Here’s what to do:

1. Send me a private message with your address and postcode and let me know if you would like 4 cupcakes delivered to your door, collect from my house or just give a donation.
2. Go onto my just giving fundraising page .............. and kindly leave your donation. It doesn’t matter how much or how little - everyone has different circumstances and every single penny counts and will be very much appreciated. 

That’s it! Simple! 

I will need to know by next Sunday, 20th September please and your cupcakes will be ready for collection on Thursday 24th September or delivered on Friday 25th September. If I run out of petrol on the delivery round, I’ll text to say I’m running late. Those of you who know me well will not be surprised by this call!
