In 2001, my wonderful Dad, John Middlemass was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. He fought valiantly but passed away in June 2003. He is constantly in our thoughts and we see him in our children everyday. We need to find a cure for this absolutely devastating disease so we don’t loose more Champions like my Dad. 

So on the 16th December, we (Karen, Simon, Zac, Max  & Lola) will be running 5km, dressed as Santa!!!
