As most of you know I lost my lovely dad on the 5th May this year.He fought hard for six months but unfortunately the odds were stacked against him.He was brave for all of us so in return 🙈 :

I am taking part in the Take On The Tower Abseil this October to raise funds and awareness for local charity, Friends of the Cancer Centre. I will be abseiling 190ft down the big yellow Tower Block at Belfast City Hospital and am really grateful for any sponsorship towards this challenge.All of the money raised will stay in Northern Ireland to support local families affected by cancer.
