I wanted to raise some money in memory of my mum who finally passed away on 10th December 2016 after a 6 month battle with an aggressive brain tumour. What better way to do it than taking on a challenge? 

Everyone who knows me knows I love a challenge and a full triathlon is one I've never done before. I'll be competing for around 3 hours - which for someone who loves short and fast races - is a really long way and a very long time!!

The Jersey brain tumour charity were a great support to mum and the rest of us and others deserve to benefit from the amazing work that they do. This is my way of saying thank you!
