Hi,   myself and a group of old school friends have set ourselves a challenge in October 2010 to hike the 'yorkshire Three Peaks',  in memory of Jean McCluskey. A wonderful mum of one of our dearset friends...Andrew.

After suffering with cancer for many years, Jean was admitted to Bury Hospice in June 2010, where she was cared for and sadly spent her final days.

Bury hopsice and it's staff work tirelessly to provide such an invaluable service for the people of Bury. They rely solely on donations and acts of charity to enable them to exist.

Sadly, Cancer effects more and more families every year and at some time in our lives we may need to reap the benefits of this wonderful Charity.

This challenge will enable us to raise money and awareness for the charity and also allow us to show our gratitude and thanks for the support and compassion that was given to Jean and her family at such a difficult and sad time in their lives.
