My mum was diagnosed with vascular dementia a couple of years ago so I have seen first hand how this illness can change people and devastate those around them.

My parents have received invaluable support from the Alzhiemers Society and so this is my way of thanking them by giving a bit back so they can continue their research and hopefully one day dementia will be a thing that people used to get.
