I have been involved with the Brain Charity for four years and have worked with them as a Trustee for just over two years. Not quite sure how this has happened but I seem to have agreed to abseil down the cathedral to raise funds for them ... I don't think this was part of the Trustee job description!

This is an amazing charity. 

They offer emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends, and carers. They work in Liverpool and nationally to help thousands of people every year. The Brain Charity community is exceptional, helping to provide much needed assistance to many people.
