This year I turn 60 years old and to celebrate, I'll be throwing myself out of an aeroplane at a stomach-churning 120 mph, and plummeting 11,000 feet back down to Black Knights Parachute Centre Centre in Lancashire, all in aid of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland.

Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland is a local Cumbrian Charity which provides high quality palliative care in patients own homes in the community. During 2017 -2018 the clinical team cared and nursed 725 patients whilst also supporting their families and carers.
