At the beginning of the year one of my best friends lost her very short fight to cancer. Terri was a amazing person who would always to there for me. We had so many great times and adventures! We would sometimes joke that when we were old we would end up on a mystery bus tour! It's hard to believe we won't do this now. I miss her terribly but she will always be in my thoughts.

Terri wouldn't want me to be sad for too long so I've decided to do run in her memory whilst raising whatever I can for Cancer Research. This is a very important charity to me as I know too many people, especially this year, losing their fights against cancer. I will be running with my mum who is super fit so it will be me struggling to keep up with her! My mum and my Gran are also my inspiration for doing this as they are a couple of the lucky ones who actually managed to beat this dreadful disease.
