I have spent many a Sunday morning jogging up and down the Middlewood way and canals of Macclesfield , experiencing  bike rage, dog rage and even horse rage whilst many of you have enjoyed a delightful sleep in 'complete with hangover ' now a distant memory of mine and I guess most of you will be enjoying the same pleasures as I force myself to endure 13 long miles of the Beautiful Cheshire Countryside on Sunday, I am running in memory of my lovely Mum who died in April so come on a few quid to the charity will do a great deal.
