We would like to purchase a minibus which many people/children in our local area will benefit from.

We are a small charity which supports a preschool nursery and is based in Falcon Lodge which is an area of deprivation in Sutton Coldfield.

The kinds of experiences that we can offer are things like swimming sessions, local parks and play areas, shops like multicultural supermarkets, visits to churches, farms and zoos. Most children in our area do not leave their homes other than to attend nursery and come under the umbrella of 'Culture Capital' which means "the knowledge that children need to be effective citizens.” As a nursery setting, they provide many amazing experiences for the children but nothing is like seeing things first hand and the look on the children's faces when they see something for the first time is priceless!

The nursery also run a holiday club and having the minibus will mean that they can take children further afield, rather than staying on site or in the local community for those all important experiences that many do not ever have.

The preschool nursery also shares the site with a primary school who do not have their own transport, so we intend to offer them the chance to make use of the bus as well.
