I’m doing the Aspire channel swim again for spinal injuries this year.
I usually do this as my nursing background was neurosciences - but this year it’s a lot more personal. My eldest daughter Zoe had Cauda Equina Syndrome this year and we are all relieved that she has not been left with a complete spinal injury. It was very close.
It may take me a little longer to complete this year - but I will complete it.
