We did it! Jo, Bea Lynne and I crossed the finish line at 7:30 on Saturday evening after setting out at 7:40 in the morning. It was a glorious day and we really enjoyed the challenge we set for ourselves. Not too many blisters no injuries (that we know of yet) and a little bit of wind and sun burn. Things we have learnt: boiled eggs make amazing fuel, there are 8 - not 7 - sisters, cows do not move out of the way and you can never pack too many pairs of socks! 

The event was so well run and we had such a good day. We all feel really proud of ourselves and each other and love the fact that we could do this for a great charity. There were tears at the finish line!!
