Hey everyone, first of all thank you for having a look at my fundraising page I have decided to do the Portsmouth memory walk in memory of my beautiful, amazing and loving grandma that we sadly lost this year, she was our rock in our family and no matter what you had done she would always be there beside you to support us and I'll never forget all the amazing memories I have with her while I was growing up, I'm so so proud to call her my grandma so now its my turn to make her proud and do this in her memory, please if you can donate even the smallest can make such a big change in this fight against dementia and to support the family's that will go through the hard times like my family has and still is, Thank you for reading
