Since 2000 when the Foundation was created, more than £8 million has been raised and donated to good causes. In 2010, the Foundation donated over £1 million to numerous good causes, including Calum's Cabin, Panathlon Foundation, Dukes Barn, UNICEF, With Kids and many more. The Hilton Worldwide Hotels and offices can also nominated local charities to receive 50% of the money raised by colleagues (in the UK and Ireland, the remaining 50% being distributed through our central grant process) and 100% (in continental Europe), benefiting causes such as LPC Belgique, Special Olympics Deutschland e.V., Licht ins Dunkel, Stichting Spieren voor Spieren, Artists for Kids GmbH and many more.

 

The Hilton Northampton this year has nominated to raise funds for The Daisy Chain Club. The DAISY CHAIN CLUB is a social and leisure group for families in the Northampton Area who have a child with a disability or special needs, and their siblings. The club is Northampton based and is run by parents who all have a child with a disability or special needs.  Every activity includes siblings on an equal basis.  They give all the children in the family opportunities to play, make choices and experience new things in a safe and happy environment.
