Over the last few years Karma Yoga and Pilates has been raising funds for different charities like NHS, Woking Hospice, Macmillan, Fountain Centre Cancer Support and many others. This time I’ve chosen Shooting Star Children’s Charity as they do amazing work of caring for babies to young people along with supporting the families. I’m holding a online Yoga class on Zoom on 4th Nov 7:30pm-8:30pm and all contributions go straight to charity.
