1 in 4 people with suffer mental health problems, no one should struggle alone. Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, a local mental health charity linked to the Mind network of charities, provides mental health services and support throughout the region to help those who are in need. Tyneside and Northumberland Mind provides counselling, wellbeing support and groups, a 8am-8pm daily telephone advice line, a listening service, mental health training, mental health awareness and family support.
