I have this amazing opportunity to do something good and support those who kept us safe and are now in need of some help.

I will be cycling 300 miles (460 km) to Paris in a group of 12 to raise money for the Royal British Legion.

I started my training back in January, however  following a bike accident and a multiple injuries I had to take a bit of a break. I am now back on my bike and though I am still pushing through some aches and pains, I have made a great progress and I am determined to make things happen!
