On Saturday September 18th, I am hoping to complete my first Ironman triathlon in Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

This is 

1. 3.8 km (2.4 mile) swim in the sea

2. 180km (112 mile) cycle

3. A 42.2km  (26.2 mile) run

I am doing it to raise money for St Mary's Centre Community Trust who are a fantastic small charity in London who help reduce violence and knife crime between young people by offering them education, intervention and mentoring to try and improve their prospects and aspirations.
