On the 21st August my mum and I will be trekking 26 miles over Dartmoor. We are doing this to help raise money for the amazing Alzheimer's Society.

We have been affected by dementia as my grandad suffered with it. He was a great man and an amazing grandad; he was always smiling, joking and would do anything to help anyone. Unfortunately, dementia took over he forgot the man he was and who his family were. We will be doing this walk for him. So anything you can donate, thank you!
