Kat's 5K run with fonemedia

Kat's 5K run with fonemedia · 24 February 2018
In 2011 my cousin passed away after being diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour (known as a NET). In the years that followed, my cousin's daughter has organised various events and raised in excess of £12,000 over the course of 4 years for NET patient foundation, which I would like to continue to support.
Poor awareness and vague symptoms of this less common cancer often results in a late diagnosis and therefore limited treatment options. Like my cousin, up to 80% are diagnosed at an advanced stage, which just isn’t really acceptable.
After having a baby via complicated c-section only 3 months ago it's safe to say running (or walking) anything near 5K is going to be a great achievement for me! Plus anything that's raised by the fonemedia team (upto £500) will be matched by our boss James.
Please dig deep, every little helps :)
