As many of you will know, Dad and I are not known for our running skills...but this year, we are hard in training (kind of) getting ready to run the London 10k on the 8th of July in memory of a wonderful Lady, Gretel Furner.  

Everyone who knew Gretel, will remember what a beautiful Lady she was, a brilliant Mutty and wonderful Oma. In the Last years of her life, the Sulfolk Family Carers took care of her with so much kindness and dedication. They gave her love and laughter in the final years of her life which meant Oma could stay at home near all the people she loved and shared her life with.

We would love to give something back to this wonderful charity and remember my truly Gorgeous, Kind and Generous Oma.
