Story

Hey!

If you are here on my foundrising page you either know me as a friend, work colleague or hiking lover. I'm taking part in this ultra challenge as I see it as a great way to join together my passion for hiking and possibility of helping others. I did some great hikes and fell in love with this activity. It gives me feeling of freedom, peace and harmony with nature. I've met some great people hiking who will be in my heart for all my life. As hiking is great I wish to do something for others while I also enjoy myself therefore I decided to walk 100km in 2 days and rise the money for Macmillan cancer support. I use to rise the money for them in the past therefore I want to continue my support for this particular charity as I know from my own family experience how difficult dealing and living with cancer is and how important is to support those with diagnosis as well as their families. I do it thinking of my mum who is the brevest and faces her illness every day with such a strong personality and dignity! Pls donate and I promise I will give my 100% on my hike and will keep you posted!!

Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs that.
