Last year the Supply Chain had the sad news that one of its team members Ben “Cookie” Cook had sadly taken his own life.   Ben was a long-standing team member of Assurant who had worked across numerous departments, often seen drinking too much coffee! Ben was known throughout the business and this news came as a huge shock to us all. He left behind a loving family, after struggling for years with mental health issues, like up to one in four people in the UK.  We all know someone or may have faced struggles ourselves with mental health problems.  In honour of Ben and in aid of MIND*, a team of 21 people from Supply Chain will be climbing Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and England on May 1st.
