I am raising money for the incredible West London Zone, who are really changing the game for children and young people in West London. West London is an area of deep inequality, with 1 in 5 children not receiving the support and opportunities they need to get the best start in life. West London Zone helps children and young people to build the skills and relationships they need to thrive. A West London Zone Link Worker is based full-time in a school and guides young people through a 2-year programme that is adapted to each child's individual needs and goals.
