I am running the St.Helens 10k in March in memory of Dave Hitchen a friend who I got to know through cycling.

Dave was a one off who was sadly taken away from us far to soon. He was a gifted cyclist who in his time rode for his country and won numerous races at national and international level. But above all, he was a devoted Dad to Issy and a loving husband to Nicola, to the rest of us he was a good mate. He is greatly missed.
